Dear Bangalore Police,

I am seriously ashamed of the policemen, (Especially with the Sub-Inspector and Below level).

I am a resident of Bangalore, i stay near Kalyannagar, which comes under ChandraLayout Police station limits.

Recently this incident happened in Bande Maramma Temple Bus stop (Which comes under Gnanabharathi Police Station Limits).
Me and my friend was sitting near the condiments shop in the bustop sipping a can of cooldrinks. All of a sudden one ASI and a PC came in and asked us to get in to Police Jeep. When questioned for what reason should i get in ? He verbally abused with vulger language.
Later took to police station, and when i explained the situation to Police SubInspector Mr.Shiva Prasad, i was happy that he understood and let us go. but my complaint here is..

1. How can the ASI verbally abuse an innocent ? How can i be taken in to police station without proper reason ? without letting me know on what grounds they took me in to station ?
2. Its my fundamental right to liberty to walk around the nation ryt ? how can he restrict it ?
3. This happened many a times for lame and lathergic reasons we are not allowed to sit around a corner and chit chat too(near Tea stalls).
4. Worst thing happened was, when i question policemen about the laws, they reply. Namge kanun bagge matadtya? ilde iro case hakteeni nin mele, ths is called threatening right ?

Please do consider my complaint and respond it as soon as possible.
