Respected Sir,
My Yu Yunicorn handset was lost on 3rd December 2017 at Malleshwaram , while I was travelling from Sarjapur.
Phone was lost at approximately 9:15 PM. Both the sims have been immediately blocked.
Phone details:
It is Gold in color, metal body. Had a small crack at the bottom of the screen and had a transparent back cover made of silicone.

Complainant's Goal: To inform about the loss of the phone so that any misuse is not against me.
