This is to inform you that I got cheated by axis bank regarding credit card(9430) payment settlement ,
I got a offer letter email from credit card collection Hyderabad on 11th October by jai kishore regarding payment settlement of rs 15000 once i receive letter from their side but after that email i didn't receive any letter from their side on email .On 27th November i got a call from Hyderabad credt card collection manager name Santosh sbr (********57) regarding full payment of Rs30000 , when i requested him that i got a settlement offer from his team of rs 15000 and waiting for the settlement letter from their side , he was denying in the sense that he don;t know anything and also told that 15000rs has not sanctioned by axis bank ; On 30th November my 30000rs got freeze by bank
When I called to the customer care , I got to know that Rs 15000 got sanctioned by bank on 17th October and last date of payment was 31st October but i didnot got any email from any one of axis bank even by credit card department Hyderabad
Though chasing continuously a lot of time to customer care , no one is taking is seriously and the matter is still lying normally
Request you to take the matter on priority and reimburse my amount in my account
