I BOUGHT HYUNDAI-i10 CAR(VIN-MALAN51CLBM850187) FROM THE DEALER " SAI SWARNA HYUNDAI" IN VIJAYAWADA ON 10 TH APRIL-2011 IN EXCHANGE OF MY OLD CAR. THE DEALER WAS DUE TO AN AMOUNT OF RS.15000/- TOWARDS EXCHANGE BONUS AS PER THE DEAL . BUT TILL NOW , INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS , THE DEALER DID'NT PAY THE EXCHANGE BONUS AND SAYS THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PAY THE EXCHANGE BONUS AFTER 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF DEAL. THIS CLAUSE IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE ON PAPER BY THE DEALER AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE DEAL . THIS IS NOTHING BUT KEEPING THE CUSTOMER IN DARK AND CHEATING THEM BY NOT INFORMING THEM ABOUT THE RULES AND CLAUSES WHILE MAKING THE DEAL. NOW, I WANT MY EXCHANGE BONUS TO BE RELEASED BY THE DEALER/COMPANY IMMEDIATELY AS I WAS AT NO FAULT AND AS I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE RULES PROPERLY AT THE TIME OF THE DEAL .
I have purchased Hyundai I10 Sports Car from Deotsidh Motors, G.T Raod, Near Sahnewal Ludhiana with deal that they will pay Rs. 20000/- as exchange bounus within 6 months. Now More than one year passed and they are not giving any response. I think they have received exchange bonus from Hyundai and don,t want to pay to customer. Means they have done fraud with me. Now I have no other way to go to cusumer forum

I have submitted all documents & telephonicly talk with Mr pavitra khanna. Now More than one year passed and they are not giving any response. I think they have received exchange bonus from Hyundai and don,t want to pay to customer. Means they have done fraud with me. Now I have no other way to go to cusumer forum
