Dear sir,
I have not received my amount deducted by pnb.I had booked a ticket through
irctc.co.in using pnb debit card on 14/12/2012 but it failed.i had lodged a
complain on same date.but when i contacted to pnb customer care he
says your claims rejected
I aiso rechecked my irctc account at booked history but no ticket found.
irctc says there should be no deduction of balance because ticket was not booked on 14/12/12.
sir kindly help and refund my amount of 403/- as soon as possible.I am a
very poor student.
