Respected Sir/mam,

As I was not in the country during the demonetization period last year, I had availed the facility of
exchanging my old 500 and 1000 notes for the amount of 73500/- with all the required proofs in
RBI,chennai on the 16th of March 2017 and was told that the money would be credited in my account
between 3 to 5 months. However, I have not yet received the same. I am right now in urgent need of
money for my wedding and request your help in kindly crediting the same in my account. I have already sent a mail on the same to the mail id bochennai@rbi.org.in but did not receive any revert. And further I have been following up with the cepcchennai@rbi.org.in team for almost 40 days now and have not received any solution to the same.
