Hyundai Motor India Limited - Pathetic servicing from authorized dealers and the problem is still not fixed

Hi,

I have been driving your Hyundai cars since ages. I was always proud of the servicing you people used to provide until this time when i am really going through a hard time getting things fixed. I currently own an i20 which i purchased in Aug 2012, the car is still under warranty. From the last few months i am having issues with my car's air conditioning, the a/c automatically turns off and does not start unless you turn on the a/c switch multiple times or turn on the car multiple times. I reached out to MGF Hyundai, Patparganj, Delhi on 11 April' 14 and asked them to check this issue and service(3rd free service) the car. I got the car on 12 April evening but the a/c thing was not rectified. I called up MGF again and they took the car on 13th and returned it back on 14th saying that the issue has been resolved. Today, 15 April, I took my car to the market place hoping everything would be okay but i still faced the same issue. Earlier atleast the cooling was good but this time even the cooling was pathetic.

I am really ***** of with my i20. I have only driven 19,500 KM and going through hell. I am going through mental torture and despite spending thousands of money on the car I cannot live in peace.

Either change the entire a/c or replace my car as i don't want to go through all this trouble.
