Indiatimes Shopping - Pathetic service by Indiatimes.com portal

My wife ordered Rakhi with sweets on indiatimes online shopping portal vide order no. 112503712 as they claimed that the Rakhi will reach within 5 working days to her brother in USA. She ordered on 10th Aug, 2010 giving ample time for the same. But to our surprise, customer care at Indiatimes mail us on 28th Aug, 2010, 4 days after the Rakhi festival to inform us that our order is cancelled and money will be refunded without giving any reason!!!! 2 more mails follow the earlier one citing the same that our order has been cancelled!!! And to our surprise, today (30.8.10) we get mail from them that order is shipped!!! Numerous calls & mails during this period had no effect and we are left pulling our hair out!!! I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SO BALANT UNPROFFESSIONAL CONDUCT WITH OTHER ONLINE COMPANIES. MY REQUEST TO ALL NOT TO AVAIL THE SERVICES WITH INDIATIMES.COM TO AVOID HARRASEMENT!
