Airtel Mobile Karnataka - Pathetic service, both the technology and Customer Service

Taken a new 4G Connection (********43) a month back and we have been having issues with the connectivity. Almost 10-11 emails been sent to 121 Care but none responded. All I get an response is that within 48 hours the issue will be resolved. There is a fight happening between the Device Team and Network Team. Device Team says its the issue with Network Team and vice versa. And they close the complaint saying issue resolved. But the issue has not been resolved till date. Every day I am facing connectivity issue. None taking responsibility for it. 4G seems to be the latest technology with higher speed, but its Pathetic service, both the technology and Customer Service.
