Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Pathetic service and no commitment

I am extremely dissatisfied and angry with the lack of customer service at Spectra Motors Malad (your authorised dealer). I got my SX4 (am very possessive about my car/s) serviced on 7th Sept 2013. I had asked for (& paid for) upholstery cleaning too. The car was returned to me in a totally unclean condition. When I highlighted the same, I was told that the needful would be done and the car would be picked up soon. We had agreed on Saturday 14th Sept. I called them up on 13th evening and I was confirmed that the car would be picked up by 9:30am the next day. On the 14th, I did not get any call for the car pickup. I called them up thrice only to be conveyed that they did not have drivers and they would revert to me soon. Needless to say, there was no call and the car was not picked up that day. I was irate and spoke with the manager during the week. We then decided the car to be picked up on saturday 21st Sept, which did not happen either. I placed an escalation call and then the car was picked up today (28th Sept). I had asked for the delivery by 6:00pm. My contact person was Mr. Sugandh Raut.
I did not hear anything from Spectra Motors. I was finally able to get through Mr. Raut's number at 8:00pm. He came to deliver the car at 10:00pm.
I was shocked to see the condition of the car exactly the same. I was very upset and angry. The car had been in the workshop for 11 hours and it was returned in the same condition !!!
Mr. Raut told me to get the car at the workshop, wait for a few hours and he would get it cleaned. He admitted that the cleaning was not done.
Spectra Motors has not lived upto any commitment and are only concerned with fleecing customers. My car is still dirty even after 3 weeks (and a hefty servicing bill). I have no trust left in the company despite being a Maruti loyalist - 800, zen, esteem & now SX4.
I am seriously thinking of moving to hyundai now. Maruti's service is PATHETIC and so is the attitude of the staff.
I want to meet/speak with the GM / someone from the board as soon as possible.
