Videocon - Pathetic service, 2months since given my LCD TV for servicing still no remedy

Have sent my TV to Wilson Garden located Videocon authorized service center ( TEKCARE SERVICE, Bangalore Service Network, #4/4, B.T.S main Road, 12th Cross, Wilson Garden, Bangalore-560030).

Product: Videocon Plasma (LCD) 32'' TV
Date on Delivery for servicing: 05-June-2010
Initial promised time for delivery after servicing - In 2 days (by 07June-2010)
Customer Complain Number: BAN1006100293
Complain with Videocon Call center: 10-June-2010

After of series of calls in first 25 days i got a standby TV with a promise to repair my TV in max to max 10days time. It's been almost 19days and still i haven't got my television. As per their last communication i could take another 15 days. That too they are very sure about.

In this entire process i have lost almost 2 months of warranty, now i would request Videocon managment to look into it and provide me a replacement for my old TV if they can't repair.
