I have booked Honda Activa on 3rd July 2013 by making full payment on same day with dealer Sai point Honda from Mira Road, Thane. The dealer had committed delivery of the vehicle in 15 days. After 15 days when inquired with dealer, they are asking another 8-10 days by giving excuses that there is serious problems in dispatches of vehicles from company itself.
Till today even after waiting for almost one month there is no confirmation about the delivery of the vehicle from the dealer, when inquired only excuses are provided & now dealer is asking if we want delivery of the vehicle on priority we will have to pick up available color & piece (that is also not confirmed they will check at warehouse & revert back to us)
We are not at all satisfied with experience & still in the dark about delivery time of the vehicle
Already written a complaint on Honda Two wheeler's official website but no response till today.
This is not at all expected from one of the World Class brands like HONDA.........
Exactly the same situation is me as well, made full payment in cash and was committed delivery within max 20 days. Even till date it is not confirmed by when shall we get the delivery.
This is very pathetic.
It seem it is now time to lodge compaint in consumer forum.

I had initially complained about the mileage issue i had with my vehicle Honda dream yuga in my previous mail (please find attached below). It was corrected after long deliberation. Now after the second service i'm facing the issue of abnormal sound from vehicle. When i complained this to the dealership (Addi Honda showroom, L.B Nagar, Hyderabad, AP) there was no proper diagnosis done. my problem is yet to be resolved. I'm facing the issues of sound, low pick up & low mileage.
Even the first time when i complained it took very long to correct the problem. Even now its the same problem. Over this, the dealership service manager (LB Nagar) was rude in receiving me & does not know how to behave with customers. The problems stands unresolved even after two visits. The technicians over there say that they do not know whats wrong with the vehicle. Honda being a reputed company should not have such issues at their dealership levels. The only positive is that the service manager (Mr. Hari) from malakpet branch was helpful in resolving my first complaint. as he is on leave i had to go to LB nagar branch this time & i sincerely regret the decision.
I hereby request you to look into this issue with utmost priority and get it corrected. Please don't make me regret the decision of buying from HONDA.

I also purchased a unicorn from sai point mira road and till now i have not got the number plate and it is over 20 working days now. The culprit are SACHIN and ANIL who do the registration word and Sai Point for selling the vehicle and not giving the service. What to do now????????
