I am sending mails to company (Honda2Wheelers) offivial mail id - customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com, from last 3 days continuously regarding my complaint towards the Dealer - Ganpati Honda at Sector-14, Gurgaon. Haryana, India, but no one replied even once to me on mail.
Complaint is regarding dealer, who has charged exorbitant without giving estimate on a small accidental case.
While my person drove all through accidental place till service center (around 10 km) comfortably. It was supposed to be a minor accident, but service Center has raised a bill of 10,500 +++

What's more.... no prior Estimate given for expected cost. I might have dented/painted my vehicle outside, at much lesser cost that too without claiming any insurance.
Now, i refused to pay such a unnecessary exorbitant cost.....
I Have request you to take my complaint seriously & act towards the dealer/service provider through various mails, but no one replied in last 3 days.
Seems company is not interested in customer complaints.....which surprised me more....Japaneses company & such a pathetic customer service.
Vehicle is still lying at Honda Service Center.
Let's see where it gets closed.
