Complaint by: Abhishek Ghosh on August 19, 2010, 1:29 pm in Indian Railways

TDR filed for the below mentioned tickets but not received the refund till date.

For 2 tickets it's almost 5 months over. This is really a deep concern for travellers / customer availing the service. As conveyed by service associate over phone that the turn around time for the refund is 90 days. Furthermore no satisfactory revert is received from your end over phone when ever called & very rudely replied. This is a disaster & a complete failure of Customer Service.

Arrange for the refund IMMEDIATELY with interest & reason for the delay.

I called 139 to know my train departure time. I got some lady who seemed to be not enjoying her job very much. she gave the departure time and before i could ask some more question she hung on me. An answering machine was way better then her. What a pathetic customer service.I think railways have selected some illiterate stupid people who don't even know the basic phone etiquettes.
