This is regarding a frustrating event that happened with me when I approached the Tatadocomo outlet in 100ft Road Indiranagar, Bangalore. First of all there were no clarity on whom to approach for a TataPhoton query and for the sake of customers they gave a chit with some token number and there's no proper co-ordination to call up the tokens and get the query solved. The person who needs to take the photon queries was not in office and there were no one else who can help, when approached through mobile he asked the branch helpdesk guys to tell t customer to comeback the next day and all this happened 2 hrs before the closure of the branch.
I never expected such a service from a Tata product, the photon as a product is great while it should not ruin the image due to some silly mis-behaviors by branch people .If the product is selling well that doesn't mean to just ignore customers and there queries as there's lot of business happens only on WOM & reference and an annoyed customer will surely ruin the company's image.
It's humble request to the higher authorities to take proper plan of action on these matters.
