Times Internet - I Paid Amount for SEO service but i don't get any Service from Times internet

we had Paid full Amount of RS 29000 to Times internet ltd Against SEO service for our website www.bagsonline.in but we don\'t get any SEO service from them ,

After chasing lot to them they are telling SEO is not possible for this site , If SEO is not possible than why they are not refunding our full Amount

Before Taking order from us they first optimize our site & after optimization they confirm SEO can be done for the www.bagsonline.in , But after passing longtime we don\'t get service from them i start chasing to there sales person Mr Sanjay Kr & technical person Mr Parikshit & on My Chase up there technical person Mr Parikshit tells SEO is not possible & on making our call to them thay are not responding to us

Now please resolve our problem we comes to you on this faith that we get solution from here .
