Accepted for delivery of household things with exclusive truck from source to destination. Asked to inform him three days before the required delivery date. But delayed the delivery to destination by 2 days giving lot of tension and not informing through telephone about the status of the goods transit. Using bad words over the telephone and threatening not to deliver the goods if i telephone to him. Threatened me to come to the source place and pay the amount and release my goods. Finally after some hours delivered the goods to my home at the destination. He uses the technique of threatening and shouting at the customer over the phone to make the customer mouth shut so that the customer will not question him about the delayed delivery of goods by 2 days. All these happened because the transport services is not his but uses shared transport system where goods of several persons are collected and delivered on the same day. The transport has to wait till the truck is full for one route and then start delivering at the destinations.Please take the necessary action because it gives lot of mental tension to the customers and gives a very bad feeling when fighting over the phone with such low class un-educated and characterless fellows.
