I am smriti kaushik from patna, i am here to file a complain against a Royaloak company, they provide a furniture to all over india, i have purchased a sofa set worth Rs- 42,500, on 14th of august which delivery date was 22nd of august but they didn't delivered my product and also not refund my money, they provide ma a number to know about the current status of my order but no one is answering my call and also disconnect it. they are not providing any courier updates nothing , i have feel cheated they are fraud company who steal the customers money, there are so many customers who are suffering from this situation . so i just want to take a quick action against this fraud company . I am waiting for your quick action and your response.
