I had placed an order for a product namely "Tynor Patellar Support" (Quantity 2) on the healthmart11.com website. Order number: 100000305 dated August 22, 2013 8:14:31 PM IST. The product was listed as in stock and dispatch was mentioned as within 1-3 days. Since I have not heard from them, I tried to call the phone number mentioned several times and find that no one answers the call. I have also written to the email id mentioned and have NOT received a reply.

Complainant's Goal: I want the order delivered to me ASAP or a refund of the money paid Rs. 294.00
