In my Jal bord bill for water .Bill No 1052******** Dt 27 oct. 2012 ,opening amount of (-) Rs.400 is shown ,but it is not adjusted in the total bill amount .It appears that the software in use is not picking up the opening ballance .
My bill needs to be corrected & soft ware checked.
