Sir,
I did not get a confirmed Tatkal ticket. I only got a
waitlisted No.61 ticket and so I was forced to cancel the ticket six
hours before the departure of the train. I ,therefore, request that I
may be given a refund amount according to the rules. If I am not given
a refund I shall have to appeal to the highest authority.
