i'm vikas nigam son of bharti ashok kumar nigam sir before some time i 'm traying to online LIC HFL a/c is making but making time a sms is show .this a/c is already exist so pleas sir give me my username and password...

Hello,
Home loan account - ********4655, my current interest rate is 9%. On last December I got the information from LIC office that by February the interest rate will be corrected to current market rate i.e 8.35%. Still it is showing 9%, please take care of your customer else you will lose them.
Kindly update my home loan interest rate to current market rate

I have written to varaprasad.vnla@lichousing.com then he directed to anil.kumar@lichousing.com, I have written my concerns to Anil as well, from last 10 days I am following up but no response from Anil. One organization shouldn’t keep such irresponsible person who is least bother about the customer, because of whom the organization is running.
