: online purchase from retailbunny.com apple 4s 16

I placed for a Apple 4s 16gb mobile on 26th Jan.2013 vide ref.no.FQHWAMKWX and the payment of Rs. 26499 (Rs.26403 + 96 towards courier charges) was made by ICICI credit card through their site online. I received mail as to the acceptance of the payment; but nothing about the delivery status. Since then I had been sending emails repeatedly. But not a single reply till today. I asked them to give refund since they have failed to delivery the product; for which too there is no reply. There is customer care24/7 number on their website. But when I call nobody answer the call, what we get is only a recorded message saying their executives are busy and will revert back which they never does.If they cannot attend to customer needs then why are they into this business?
only to cheat the customers ?
