i am writting this complain because they are not solving my problem and are not willing to take back there product. I order (order no 279503) redmi 2 prime battery model no BM44, but they send me the battery of Redmi 1s and when i complain about it they are saying that both are same use it, but my point is i must get the product that i order and there return policy also state the same that if the product is not as per original they would take it back. Then why are they denying now. They are trying to fool customers and nothing else by simply giving false return policy.
I just want to return the product and want my refund or if they promise me to provide a good quality original battery (BM44) that i ordered, i would go for replacement too.
I am also attaching the images of cash memo showing the battery model number along with product that i received.
They are saying that both product are same but each mobile has its own standardization which should be followed , i contacted the mobile company customer care and they said to used bm44 model battery with redmi 2 prime although bm41 is supported but it is not good for the mobile.
