On 14-Mar, I have ordered Item from website timtara.com. Their internal name is Infosecure Pvt. Ltd. I have done payment through HDFC Net banking. The payment gateway merchant is Atom Payment gateway. After few days, i read many articles that this site is a big fraud, the fraud is still running. So I call the customer care of Timtara, no one is receiving a calls, Many articles I read saying, This site is fraud, they are not delivering Item, nor refund. Currently I have asked HDFC to look for this, as this payment done through net banking, I can't do a charge back. How can I claim for refund of my money ? Please help.
