Dear sir / madam,
This is to inform you that old local trains comes at Vasai and departed during morning office time 08:18 and 08:44 hours from platform number 01 creates trouble for passengers on daily basis. As there are only two local trains during office hours in morning and passengers suffering from problems such as insufficient space, air ventilation, locked doors and many more. So I request western railways kindly replace all old local trains with new ones which are comes at Vasai. Kindly do needful at the earliest. Thanking you.

This is to inform you that its too difficult to travel from Borivali during pick hours as maximum train from virar are dumped in borivali, it too difficult for borivali people to get in, so i request to please terminate at Goregoan or Andheri as maxminium crowd from virar train get down at both this station. please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest
