I was a regular user of ola and few days back they blocked me without any confirmation that you have voilated our terms and conditions when i asked them to refund my money they mailed me that the process will take 2-3 days and and the money will reflect in your account in 4-5 days but after that they changed their statement that they have no longer access to my account and they are unable to refund my money.
