Our Local Cable Operators do not supply me Set Top Box in spite of having asked to supply the same for a long period of time. The same is required for having enjoy the best video & audio quality. Because at present, my TV picture & sound quality is very poor. In spite of having made a continued requests, they do not take any steps to solve the problem. So, I have no way but to make a complaint to you so that you may take necessary steps to solve the problem.
