Dear Sir,

I write this mail to you with a lot of pain and anguish in my heart, just to give you a brief is that i am a frequent traveller to Allahabad from Lucknow in train no.4210 which is known as Intercity, the distance as per the ticket from Lucknow to Allahabad is 201 kms and the depature time from Lucknow is 7.30 AM in the morning, it is with great regret that i have to inform you that the journey of 201 kms is on an average covered in 5 hours, today at the time of writing this mail to you the train has reached Allahabad at 13.30 hrs ( 6 hrs) further I wish to inform you that inspite of writing complaints that the coach ( Chair Car) is in shambles and the seats are broken , even after several reminders NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.

May I ask you is not a shame on part of the authorities to look after the welfare of the people who are travelling and paying you the full amount of the ticket, is it not the duty of the concerned authorities to provide comfort to its passengers leave alone the journey time which should not be more that 3 hours to cover a distance of 201 kms.

I think we should hand our head in shame if we cannot provide average services leave alone better services and should stop talking about development if we cannot live up to what we say.

I hope and pray that after reading this mail someone will wake up from slumber and TAKE ACTION.
