I had taken a Tata Photon+(No-********58) connection on 15th November 2010. As i took the connection i faced a problem with the modem device and was replaced. Again on 16th December i registered a complaint for getting WORST speeds. In response i was told that there was server up gradation going in my area and i'll be getting low speeds till 31st December 2010. Even there was no change in the speed which i was getting. I was only getting a speed around 200-270 KBPS. On 1st January 2011 when i called the customer care, i was told that the speed which i am getting is a very good speed and they cannot increase the speed. When the advertisements claim it as 3.1 MBPS then how can the tell that only a speed of 256 KBPS is sufficient for me.
