I’m P.K.Nirwan, Senior Manager In UNION BANK OF INDIA having Consumer No.59901 which was transferred from Jodhpur to Bikaner.
On (31-10-13),I have submitted all the legal document and cash Rs2,900 to Bikaner Indane office to Mr.Dilip Maru at JNV Colony 2-E-225,Bikaner.Mr. Maru said,"come 4'o clock and on the same day ,I visited at sharp 4'o clock and again he said come 10:A:M by tomorrow.On 1-11-13 I again visited at 10 A:M and again same reply was given by Mr.Maru that come again at 12'o clock and now,he crossed the limit by saying that come after 1 hour .After 1hr We,requested to Execution our work but he rudely behaved us and return our paper in a very improper manner.

Sir,he wasted our 2 days without any productivity work. He totally Ruined our festival and damage your's Esteem CO.'s image

Service is very below the par & Staff’s attitude is very negative,especially by Mr.Dilip Maru.

Sir,I’m coming from 2 days and they are not responding in a positive way & please take a strong action against such employees and gas agency.
