ICICI Bank Limited - Not satisfied with the services of ICICI Bank Chandigarh offices

I had a saving bank account no.********7568 with ICICI Bank,Sec.35 Chandigarh. I contacted the Branch in Feb.09 for closure of my account and transfer of funds to my another a/c with ICICI Bank,Sec.9 Chandigarh under same name with Sir Name ASHAVMEDH SINGH THAPAR. I surrendered cheque book & debit card and was told that a/c will be closed within 3 days. I recd.a statement from bank in April,09 showing credit balance. I contacted branch and was told that a/c was not closed by them and since I did not maintain minimum amount of Rs.10000/-,therefore,penal charges have been payable by me. I requested them to reverse penal charges, payment of proceeds to me and closure of a/c immediately. With great difficulty and number of visits to bank a/c was closed on 7.5.09 and a payorder no.128778 dt.7.5.09 drawn on ICICI Bank,Sec./35 Chandigarh was sent to me and a/c was closed by bank as confirmed by their email. I deposited the said payorder of credit proceeds in my other saving bank a/c with ICICI Sector 9 Chandigarh branch, but to my great surprize the said payorder was dishonoured by the bank & returned to me with remarks name mismatch. I do not find any reason thereof. The pay order was also issued by their office. I had submitted all the documents in the name of ASHAVMEDH SINGH THAPAR,but they opened the a/c in the name of ASHAYMEDH SINGH. What is my fault in it. I am afraid they will also levy pay oreder return charges in my saving bank ac with the bank. I have already lodged a complaint with Customer Service of Bank and waiting for their reply. Please help.
