I had purchased sony erricson CK13i on 02/10/2012, from Vijay Sales Dombivali. The hadset was described to have 1Ghz processor which seems to be pretty fast, but the performance of the handset is very low, it gets hang and doesnt support GPRS, Initially I thought that its the problem with the mobile service provider, then I searched on net about the problem and I found that the problem is with the model CK13i (sony erricson txt) so I went to service centre and the service centre returned me the handset by upgrading the software as according to them it was software problem. The actual problem was not that, still the handset had the same problems so I again went to the service centre and asked for the replacement of the handset on 12th November 2012, I had to argue with them for hours to submit the handset for replacement as they said they cant replace it as they have some 7 days replacement policy which was neither mentioned anywhere or explained by any one at the time of Purchase of handset, finally on arguing for almost 2-3 hours the accepted the handset for replacement, which was again returned to me by doing a simple software update. The handset was having the same problems and I resubmitted the handset at the Tardeo service centre (Mumbai) wide job sheet no. 12122101658 on 12th December 2012. Now I am following up for more than 2 months for my handset the service center incharge Mr. Ashish used to say me give me some time I will get it done everytime I used to call. Even on last (02.03.2013) saturday when I visited the service center and called him he said that he will get it done by monday. I again followed up on Monday till Wednesday he gave the same answer that he needs some time and on wednessday he suddenly said that He cannot get the handset replaced......he is aware of the problem that the problem is with the model and many handset have got replaced at the same service center, but now he refuses to do so after a period of more than 2 months. Request you to get me the handset replaced.
