As a normal customer i went to purchase sweets for my family as it was my salary day. I was in a very happy mood and went to NEW BIKANER MITHAILWALA in nerul, navi mumbai. After the purchase of sweets i asked for bill to the cashier. In return he told me that which bill do you want a normal bill or income tax bill. If you require an income tax bill than you will need to pay RS. 15 more. When i asked him why, he answered there are 4 types of bill and if you require an income tax bill you have to pay more Rs. 15 arrogantly. Name of the person with whom i spoke is RAGHUNATH BISHNU. I ask a simple question to you. Is this not a right of a common man like me to ask for the bill...Please answer my simple question and take some action against this shop owner so that the other people may not face the same problem what i faced today.
