BIG C Mobiles - Not Satisfied with the Customer Service of BIG C Mobiles, RTC X Roads

I have visited BIG C Mobiles, RTC X Road Outlet, Hyderabad.. I was planning to purchase one good mobile but unfortunately the customer executive promoted me karbonn mobile. They have false fully mislead me to take karbonn K777. The very next day the phone started getting troubles.. When i have approached them, they replaced the phone with the same model itself. Even though, the model K777 of Karbonn is giving same problems. I dont know how such reputed mobile stores are promoting this kind of mobiles.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back and return the mobile to the store
