PROVOGUE - Not Satisfied with Shoe Provogue Shoe Quality

Poor heel Quality
I had purchased a pair of shoes on 12th Feb, 2009, Item code 2990-BK-022-41 with MRP of Rs.2085.
The heel of the shoe abraised in 10-15 wears within a span of 1 month. However when I contacted the DT-City Center based Provogue outlet they kept the shoe for more than 2 months and rejected the request of replacing the heel rubber with good quality rubber.
