Job entrusted: Household goods transportation from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
Complaints:
1. Goods packed at Hyderabad on 31-05-09 with a promise to deliver on 02-06-09, but received only on 04-06-09 at night 10.30 PM. Not at all bothered to inform the dealy, not a single phone call received since sunday till the receipt of goods. My planning to move out of city after receipt of goods on tuesday , have been completely distrupted, and lost business deals.
2. Money collected at Hyderabad includes , total unpacking also, but simply unloaded at the Bangalore flat primises without providing unpacking services.
3. The people who, brought the goods ( driver + 2 personal) to Bangalore are not at all connected with the Concord Cargo packers and Movers , I guarantee that this job was sucontracted to third party.
4. Out of 25 items only 24 items were received. One item which contains Stabiliser is not received. Costly teak wooden chair got slightly damaged. But the people who brought the goods are not at all related to Concord Cargo Packers & Movers , hence when complained , thay were totally indeffierent. And i tried to Contact the CARGO personal , Mr. Rajveer Singh,(Who was involved in packing / collecting money, and giving quotation on behalf of CARGO Packers & movers of Secunderabad ) but he was not at all accesible .
5. I happened to see this transporters through net. But this CONCORD CARGO made mockery of service and completely taken the customer for a ride. I had to undergo terriable mental agony and the complete indeffierent attitude of Mr. Rajveer Singh of Concord Cargo Packers & Movers.
6. I have also paid the money towards insurance . But i am not sure , whether this person (Mr. Rajveer singh) really has taken insurance.
