fraud and weak parts

dear sir,
recently I have purchased a Honda Shine 125 bike from dealer named "pioneer honda " ongole,andhrapradesh. Headlight fering made of fiber which is screwed, there is a noicey sound,on which i gave complaint on the first service only,they said this is of screw loose onlyand tightended the screw,but the problem is not sloved even after second service . now they are telling that is slightely cracked and u must changhe it.for which i shouls pay for it. my father speed is only 35-40 only,the sound started after 3days ,when the bike was delivered.and i have visited 3 times to showroomon this problemin a month. service manager did not take responsibility of damage.and there is no responce on this issue. my bike is only 2 month older.
please do the needful and replace my part because it was due to weak material.
