Bajaj Auto - NOT SATISFIED WITH PLATINA 125

I purchased platina 125 last year, and I am totally disappointed with this product and services.
I completed all free services and availed AMC for five services. On 14-08-2010 I gave my bike for servicing and brake shoe replacement. I received a call from service station to collect bike before 5 pm. I reached at 4.45 pm and had to wait till 6.30 pm.
When I received my bike, no servicing was done, it was also not washed only wiped with cloth and I dont think the brake shoe is changed. Meaning the bike was returned with out any action done on it; only wiped with cloth. I complained to the workshop incharge but it went of deaf ears.
My most important point is that now when I press the brake lever it gets stuck to the drum and refuse to release back to its position. Today I narrowly escaped a major accident because of this failure.
