Sub- Not Satisfied with Maruti Suzuki, Services and its Parts.
I Zakirhussein Mulla resident in Kharghar. I was the good customer of maruti Suzuki till date. I was using Maruti Suzuki Wagon R for 5 years and then i buy Maruti Suzuki SX4 (CNG) and using for last 2 years.
My Car registration number MH46P5699 and Date of Purchase 29/02/2012 and it has run 50000 KM till now.
Day before yesterday CNG part was not working and it auto converted into Petrol. As i am architect and i have to visits client site regularly in a day, which is not affordable with petrol.
When contacted S.K Wheels Pvt. Ltd, Navi Mumbai, they inform me that CNG high pressure regulator Assy is not working and has to replaced and costing will be 25000 rs. When ask reason for part failure, there is no reason from them.
CNG regulator part which costs 25000/- is unbelievable and too much costly. Please help me out as it is effecting my work schedule.

I have got servicing of my Maruti Car - Swift ZDI. After servicing my central lock is not working, Fuel Range Meter is not showing the details, watch is showing wrong time, One mudflap half portiong has cut and removed and more other things which are not satisfactory to my satisfaction.
