Hi,
I have recently purchased i-10 Magna on 13th April from Orion Hyundai-Gurgaon. After taking the car from showroom for 2 Kms I found power steering stops working & came back to showroom for this problem. I have been told its a minor problem which will be resolved from our service station in few minutes & can bring the car anytime.
When i asked to replace the car then i had been told the bill & temporoary no. has been generated so its not possible. I trusted them being a loyal customer of hyundai & got agreed.
I brought my car to their workshop after 2 days for the same problem but it did not turn up with a resolution & have been told to drive the vechicle for 500 kms or till 1st service.
After driving it for 600 kms on 7th june i gave it for the 1st service & told the same problem. They kept my car for 4 days & delievered it on 11th June. Unfortunately, this time also the problem is not resolved & given a excuse company has done some modification in the motor of Power steering so, this problem is coming in every new car.
This is really frustrating & annoying when a customer listen these kind of excuses.
I do not understand its just a excuse or a reality and if its a reality then why company is not taking any action on these faulty modifications. Why they do not test drive before doing any modification.
I was such a loyal customer of hyundai & have 3 other cars of hyundai driving since 10 years but this time i have lost all my faith with these kind of services.
Please let me know if this problem can be rectified by anyway else, i have to sell & rebuy some new car.
