This is Shakil Shaikh from mumbai and i would like to bring to your notice that the market
image what HONDA used to have before currently that is not at all up to the mark, to be
very precise the quality has de-graded to an extent, I had purchased one of your model
CB UNICORN on 2 OCT 2010 but to my surprise from the first day of my journey on your
product is been a pathetic experience because the handlebar is mis-aligned (it goes
towards left) from the 1st day itself and the front shock absorber (BOTH) are bent and
there is a lot of vibration from the engine (honda is not known for this I believe) and the
most irritating part of your product is the OIL SEAL has been broken after 3 months of
purchase (INCLUDING MORE TWO BUYERS WITH ME), when i approched your COTTON
GREEN service center guys (TWICE) they could not help, is this a kind of aftersales service
you provide to your genuine buyers,
This needs to be taken care of and since my bike is under warranty I need these parts to
be replaced as soon as possible.
