I am a retired person from Navaratna PSU. I am very choosy about my car. Since 1980 I am owning car and this is my nineth car in my life. I am very fond of Maruti car. Already owned Fiat, Ambassador, Contessa, Old model Maruti, New model Maruti, WagonR, Santro, i10 and lastly Swift Dezire , Regal


Purchased Dezire, Regal in June'2013. Since begining problem faced are as follows
Clutch Problem with differnt gears
Starting sound i.e cranking sound is very high
Engine Whooming sound
Different sound from the bottom of the car
A.C is not proper
Sometime fuel smell while starting
Worst is the average which was checked and found only 12.95 kms / litre
Vibration of the Clutch

The above complain was intimated to the Dealer S.K.Wheels, Navi Mumbai again and again. But hardly sorted out the problem. Considering all the points feel like complaining to Maruti Suzuki directly.
Felt so bad when my son who has come from London asked me whether the car is running on petrol or diesel as the sound is very high.
Please take necessary action to rectify the above complain.
