Airtel Mobile Maharashtra - Not satisfied with Customer Service

Hi,
Myslef Sameer, yesterday (18th Feb'11) I called to Airtel-198 complaint desk for my uncle's number query (********20). The complaint was balance is automatically deducted and friends chat service got activated without acceptance. I called to 198, believing that- I will get assistance, but agent name-JIGAR NIMBALKAR made my mood upset and made me frustated. He replied reversal is not possible and when I told to transfer the call to any supervisor, he denied n after a strong argument, he directly put my call on hold without telling me and drop my call.
After 2 to 3 attempts finally I was able to speak with a supervisor and got assitance by getting rid of that service and having reversal of the same.
I was very upset by the customer service provided by such a big brand and think that the same experience should not be repeated with me and any other customer- who is having a great brand value of Airtel.

Myself Tauseef,today 7april 2011 I called to airtel 198 complaint desk for my number ********77,
The complaint was about automatic deduction of balance and some comedy zone service got activated yet my sim was out of phone.
I called to 198 believing that i will get assistance but agent anita,sulekha,and alekh did not cooperate as per expectation and they replied individually reversal is not possible and when i told to transfer the call to supervisor,they individually told on supervisor was available at that time and dropped my call.
According customer care executive comedy zone service got activated on 3rd april and fact is that since 10-15 days simcard was not in mobile phone and service is got activated on a switched off number.
