I had activated the auto SMS renewal of 36/- once. But, it continued to activate every month, without asking me. This is really uncomfortable. It doesn't allow me to change the plan.
During the SMS restricted period, the auto-renewal did not happen. So I activated Rs.60/- SMS pack. But, two days after, the restriction was removed and the auto renewal of Rs 36/- happened (without asking if I want to activate it).
I honestly agree with the fact that it is a nice idea to renew the plan once it is expired. But, it would be a huge customer satisfaction if Airtel enquires if we want to renew it or not.
My account debited Rs.36/- , which I hope will be credited back. Also, deactivate auto-removal of Rs.36/-
I am from kolkata....I am also facing the same problem with this auto renewal system for sms pack.more over I activated a hello tune for 90 days for rs 60 only...when I got sms that my hello tune pack will be renewed in the next two days I deactivated the service..and a sms from airtel was received simultanously that I have succesfully deactivate that service...but unfortunate to mention that by the next day Rs 60 was deducted from my balance and got an sms that my hello tune service has been activated for the next 90 days . this is very unlawful . please advice me for the same. my nearest airtel shop is not very near to my location, and each and every time it is not possible for me to attend the customer care across the table.

Monthly iam getting SMS auto renewal in my mobile without my permission, please deactivate the auto renewal SMS pack.

Iam not satisfied with auto renewal pack. THe AIrtel team can tell us how to deactivate it !! The message containing the informationa to manage the renewal pack doesnt has option to deactivate it !!! Very bad service

I'm Ashik(Mob: no:********11).I had easy recharged for Rs.50 and Rs.30.After a while on checking my balance, I found it to be Rs.14.I called to customer care (198) for query about unreasonable balance reduction.(08-jan-2013,21:42 hrs,Ref.no :CBDSM20108799419).Mr.Mohammad attended the call and said that i have been charged Rs.46 for automatic message offer renewal.But i have already stopped the auto-renewal of message offer and have done a message offer by doing easy recharge for Rs.44.When i said this to the customer-care executive,He said he could only stop this pack and cash cannot be refunded.I asked how could this be done ?And on asking this the executive hung up in the middle when i was talking to him which is unacceptable.
The second time i called to customer care,The same executive picked up my call (08-jan-2013,21:46,Ref.No: CBDSM20108807852).This time also the response was same.The executive was so rude.Was so frustrated by the act of the customer care executive.This is not the service that we expect from a company like airtel.If there wont be any responses to these complaints i will be forced to move to some other network.
