Bharat Batteries - Not replacing Invertor Battery.

We had purchased Microtek Invertor & Amararaja Powerzone Battery (120V) from HPC Ltd, Abhiramapuram on 10th Mar 2012 for Rs. 15,500.
We made a complaint on Battery backup problem on 25th Feb 2013 to Powerzone Customer Care.
Powerzone Customer care gave us Bharat Batteries (Avadi) Contact Person's details for service. They are one of the Powerzone Distributers in Chennai.
Bharat Batteries (Avadi) owner name is Ahmed (ph. no: 98400 53004). He sent a service person to our home the next day (i.e. 26th Feb 2013). Service person said it is a battery issue and took the battery to Bharat Batteries, Avadi for service.
Raja Mohammed (Powerzone Batteries Chennai Division Service Engineer) visited Bharat Batteries (1 week later) and confirmed the fault in the Battery and agreed for replacement. His ph.no is 96000 71787
Till now they haven't replaced the battery by saying insufficient stock for 120V Battery.
We even agreed for purchasing 150V battery by paying differential amount. But still they are not ready to handover the battery.
Ahmed (ph. no: 98400 53004) is not even picking our phone if I call him from my mobile. I need to call him in different no's to talk to him and get the status.
Even Powerzone Batteries Customer care is not responding to this issue and their Email id is bouncing back.

I have received the replacement battery finally on May 2nd. I had to pay extra Rs. 2500 as differential amount to get 150V capacity battery. Anyway thanks to Bharat Batteries owner Ahmed giving it finally.
