Dear sir,

it is observed that the co do not have any
code of conduct and corporate ethics to redress
the grievances of the customer but it is seen
that by adopting the Malpractice, running business
for which i have become victim by opening the a/c
and depositing my hard money 5500/-

now co has shown their real motto to capture
the business and so their executive are
deceiving the customer by not disclosing the
real fact about the co charges though it is
in their knowledge so on a/c of become aggrieved
when customer desired to
close the a/c co become silent and not acted upon
their request

when customer has full right to open the a/c
as per terms/ condition and satisfying the co
requirement so on the contrary co can not refuse
to close the a/c as per request of customer.

even in case of FDR of a bank, customer can close
it before maturity though it is a contract to run
for a specific period but honor the request
of customer is a bank ethic and duty binding on him
so why RELIGARE can not be fair.

if it is not so what is the difference of a SAHUKAR
and RELIGARE whose main aim is to kept the money
of others in his custody and not to return them.

In view of above kindly take up the matter from the
concerned authority for the settlement of my matter
on the following lines

PLEASE ARRANGE MY CLAIM SETTLEMENT OF ENTIRE
MONEY 5500/- WITH THE CO WITH UP TO DATE
INTEREST @24% FROM THE DATE OF
DEPOSITING THE MONEY WITH THE RELIGARE

PRAYER

I have taken the matter from co but not responding mail
and not acting upon my request therefore i request you to
intervene in the matter and arrange for my settlement

PS. THERE ARE SO MANY FRAUD AND SCAMS OF RELIGARE
IN INDIA AND MOST OF THE DEPOSITOR HAS LOST THEIR LACS OF
RUPEES.
ONE OF THEM SCAM IS AS ATTACHED IN THE ATTACHMENT
