Reliance Digital Retail Limited - Not redressing the complaint satisfactorily for the last seven months.

I purchased one piece of split AC ,Reconnect ,one tonne ,inverter device billing date 01.05.2016. Its CIN No. is U01100MH1999PLC120563. In the first week of SEP.2016 its gas was leaked and i lodged a complaint with the service center . It took 42 days for the redressal of my complaint . th e very next day again there was no cooling means gas leaked. i again complained to the office which again took one month to set it right . The very next day it again stopped working. Again it took more than one month for the redressal. I was fed up very badly. I talked to chandigarh office and demanded for the replacement of my AC. I strongly oppsed for the repair time and again but madam Ruchi at Chandigarh pleaded me to give one last chance and promised that if it again got the fault i will definitely replace your AC to which I complied. By this time it was december 2016. my AC again stopped working though there was no need of AC because of the winter season but just to check as told by the engineer i switched it on and found it was not working. Then as per the comittment made by madam Ruchi at Chandigarh I asked her to replace my AC to which she bluntly backed out and showed her helplessness to replace it. During whole of this period I had been talking to toll free service also. in the mean time no employee of the company took any pain to redress my complaint. then in first week of march 2017 I strongly requested to set it right. Then about 10 days back I got a call from Mr. Gauranga from Lucknow. I narrated him the whole story to which he directed the local team of technicians to check it and further added , instructed them that if it is irrepairable , send me report and I will recommend it for the replacement . The negineers sent the report that it can not be repaired as Mr. Gauranga demanded. Moreover he promised me that I will replace your AC since you (I) had already been much harrased. But today on04.04.2017 to my surprise I got a call from Mr. Gauranga from Lucknow that he can not replace it and bluntly backed out from his promise. I feel that I had been harassed and befooled by the company for the last seven (7) months, since Sep.2016. Already the summer has started and the temperature is crossing 42*C. who will compensate for the inconvenience and harassment i have suffered during the last seven months. Dont you think that the company has made me a thing of mockery ? If the company has not been able repair my AC in the last seven months how can one make this thing sure that once it is repaired and it will continue to work. Do you think that the kind of facility the company is providing is justified in any way? Please let me know what action are you going to take against the two employees of your company who have bluffed with me by making false committments? It is my humble request to you sir , please replace my article without any delay and dont compell me to take any harsh step. th e product is dam good, no doubt in it . already two AC are running in my home but i have been very much disappointed with the kind of service of the company. I do hope and believe for the best anticipation from your side. My complaint no. with toll free service is ********6. please do the needful at the earliest sir. Thanks.
