I bought a 2 Ton split Ac in 2015 sep it has warranty for 24 months in may 2017 the Ac stopped working its just throughing up Air not cooling and stops suddenly.

I registered a complaint for which that guy to come to my place and check for once took more than 15 days and once he checked he said no gas and went off saying would bring Gas tomorrow and fill it up ..but never turned up until I again contacted Resq team then after a week the technician came and filled the gas I believe bcoa now I can't trust ur technicians.

But.nothing worked on that day and he left the place stating some part missing I will come tomorrow and fix it.

That tomorrow never arrived till now..

Iam really frustrated becoz when I was about to buy Volta's ur store people suggested reconnect and they said bla bla and I was convinced becoz all the Ac's which I purchased from reliance were working good I have Samsung and Volta's with me..

Now tell me sir what I have to do. Shud I throw the AC in the garbage and buy new one.

I have all recordings of the conversations which I had with the Resq team every time they promise but nothing happens bcoz I think ur technical team doesn't bother..


I will wait now for today I.just called again the Resq team they said they will get back to me..I can do nothing bcoz iam in fix iam the at loss .
