my sister was working as manager in lakme salon frenchise(Owner :Siempre Et Samul Multivision Private Limited,
Room No.10, Ground Flr, Plot No.63/17, Ashok Tower,
Commercial Shop Bldg, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Rd,
Parel, Mumbai – 400 012.
) She Resigned from the employment and had given resignation on 25th August, 2014 but owner is not paying her full and final settlement and misbehaving with her.
